How to use
Herbal tea is brewed with freshly boiled water at 100 ° C. Preheat the cup or teapot by rinsing it with a little hot water. Use 2 teaspoons of tea per cup and let it sit for 5 to 7 minutes. Herbal tea can often be served several times.
