Description

Our organic white lima beans have a creamy colour and savoury flavour. They have a potato-like, starchy taste with a buttery texture and complement most rice dishes.

How to Use
Soak dried lima beans in water for at least 8 hours. It is recommended to soak lima beans because soaking helps to remove some of the sugars, which makes the beans easier to digest. Soak the beans in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature because otherwise they will begin to ferment. Simmer 3 cups of water to every 1 cup of chickpeas for about 45 minutes until tender. Combine our organic white lima beans with rice or add some greens to make it a delicious vegan meal.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight.
