Description
Organic Dupuy Green Lentils take their name from Le Puy in France. They are about one-third of the size of regular green lentils and are less starchy. Dupuy green lentils have a slightly peppery and nutty taste that adds a nutrient-dense flavor to any dish.
How to Use
Red and yellow lentils take anywhere from 25-30 minutes to cook, while green and brown lentils take around 35-45 minutes. Rinse them before cooking and add a bay leaf and/or garlic clove for flavour. They work great in soups and hold their shape well.
