Description

Pop our organic corn in a covered pot with a splash of oil to make fluffy organic yellow popcorn. Popcorn is an excellent source of fibre and polyphenols, and studies have also shown that consumption of polyphenols might improve digestive health and blood circulation.

How to Use
To cook popcorn on the stovetop, heat 3 tablespoons of coconut oil until melted. Put 2 kernels into the pot and wait for them to pop. When the kernels pop, add the rest of the 1/3 cup of popcorn to the pot. Cover the pot, remove from heat and wait for about 30 seconds. Return the pot to the heat, and wait until the popcorn starts popping. Once they start popping, gently shake the pan by moving it back and forth over the burner. Once the popping slows to several seconds between pops, remove the pan from heat and add it to a big bowl immediately to prevent any kernels from burning. Optional: add nutritional yeast, salt and vegan butter.

Storage
