Organic Gluten-Free Fine Oat Flakes can be used to make cookies, granola, classic oatmeal and even non-dairy milk. Our organic gluten-free fine oat flakes have a mild nutty flavour and make for a smooth porridge. A good alternative to packaged instant oats, oat flakes are also rich in fibre and protein.
How to use
For an easy make-ahead breakfast, combine 1/2 cup dairy-free milk, 3/4 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup oats, and toppings such as dried fruit, nuts or seeds. Add to a jar overnight and enjoy warm or cold the next day.

Cleaning, de-hulling, cutting, steam handling, rolling into flakes, drying, cooling, sieving, packing.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight.
