The bouquet of the Shu Puer Natural Tea is mature, walnut-woody, with notes of oak moss and dried berries. The aroma is viscous, walnut-woody. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, sweetish, with a refined sourness of dried berries and velvety finish.
How to Use
Brew the tea with hot water (95C) in a gaiwan or in a pot made of porous clay. The portion is 6 g. per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to approximately 8 times.
Store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight.
