Almond flour organic is a very nutritious flour rich in unsaturated fats, highlighting its content in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. It is a type of flour that absorbs more liquids when used to prepare recipes. It has a high content of fiber and vitamin E, which is a powerful antioxidant.

How to Use
It is suitable for any recipe that requires gluten-free ingredients. The dough sticks less and can be a bit more difficult to handle than with other types of flour.
On the other hand, almond flour has a high fiber content that makes it absorb more liquid (up to two times more than other flours), so you will need to increase the amount of liquid in your recipe (between 10% and 20% more)
