Description
Organic gluten-free buckwheat flour is a staple alternative to wheat flour used in pancakes, breads and even wraps. A great source of protein, fibre and complex carbohydrates, buckwheat flour can also be used to make healthy soba noodles.
How to Use
Use organic buckwheat flour to make naturally gluten-free soba noodles at home. You only need a few ingredients: 1 cup (140g) buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup plus 1.5 tablespoons (76g) all purpose flour, 1/2 cup (117g) water.
Production Process
Receiving, storage, cleaning, hulling, milling, sieving, packing. During the milling process the whole hulled buckwheat is separated into flour and bran. Whole-flour is a mixture of white-flour and buckwheat bran.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight.
