Description

Organic chickpea flour is rich in vitamins and minerals, packed with fibre and higher in protein than many other flours. Naturally gluten-free, it can be used to make bread, socca, pizza dough and serve as an alternative to wheat flour in recipes.

How to Use
You can use organic chickpea flour to make 3-ingredient gluten-free tortillas. Mix 1/2 cup (50 grams) tapioca flour, 1/2 cup (45 grams) chickpea flour, and 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk from a can, until smooth. Add about 1/4 cup of the batter to a heated skillet and flip when the edges are cooked. Cook for about three minutes and enjoy alone or with your meal.
