Description
Organic rice flour is commonly used for making gluten-free tortillas. It is also perfect for flouring bread baskets, also known as bannetons (containers in which bread proves before baking, sometimes for up to 16 hours).
How to Use
Flour your bread basket generously with organic rice flour to avoid your bread dough sticking and coming apart during your proving process. This type of flour is perfect as it is gluten-free and therefore won't stick to your dough, making the transfer of your loaf to the Dutch oven easy.
