How to Use
You can make a delicious vegan banana bread using our organic spelt flour. Combine the wet ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, 1β2 cup maple syrup, 3 tablespoons canola oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the wet ingredients: 1 1β2 cups spelt flour, 1 1β2 teaspoons baking soda, 1β4 teaspoon salt. Add to a loaf pan and put in the pre-heated oven (176ΒΊ C) for about 40-45 minutes.
