Consuming spelt flour is a healthy and easy way to incorporate more fibre into your diet. Spelt flour is a great alternative in baking to other wheat flours. Replace all-purpose flour in bread recipes or try spelt banana bread.

How to Use
You can make a delicious vegan banana bread using our organic spelt flour. Combine the wet ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, 1⁄2 cup maple syrup, 3 tablespoons canola oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the wet ingredients: 1 1⁄2 cups spelt flour, 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda, 1⁄4 teaspoon salt. Add to a loaf pan and put in the pre-heated oven (176º C) for about 40-45 minutes.
