How to use
Use our organic buckwheat flour to make naturally gluten-free soba noodles at home. You only need a few ingredients: 1 cup (140g) buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup plus 1.5 tablespoons (76g) all purpose flour, 1/2 cup (117g) water. Check out the how-to video in the description above.
Production process
Receiving, storage, cleaning, hulling, milling, sieving, packing. During the milling process the whole hulled buckwheat is separated into flour and bran. Whole-flour is a mixture of white-flour and buckwheat bran.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
