Organic, gluten-free buckwheat flour are a staple alternative to wheat flour used in pancakes, breads, and even wraps. A great source of protein, fibre, and complex carbohydrates, buckwheat flour can also be used to make healthy soba noodles.
How to use
Use our organic buckwheat flour to make naturally gluten-free soba noodles at home. You only need a few ingredients: 1 cup (140g) buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup plus 1.5 tablespoons (76g) all purpose flour, 1/2 cup (117g) water. Check out the how-to video in the description above.
Production process
Receiving, storage, cleaning, hulling, milling, sieving, packing. During the milling process the whole hulled buckwheat is separated into flour and bran. Whole-flour is a mixture of white-flour and buckwheat bran.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
