Description

Smoked paprika organic is strong and full of character. It is results from the smoke-drying process of the peppers where the peppers are slowly dried over an oak fire for several weeks. Due to the intense flavour they build up during this process, there has been no need to add any other products. The result is a sweet, fresh, smoky flavour.

The smoked paprika organic is an ideal product to add a smoky touch to food without the need to use a barbecue or any other similar fire. It also allows you to pepper recipes, given the intense red colour of the product. It works well in, for example, paellas and spicy sauces. You only need a little of it. A teaspoon in a dish for four people is often more than enough. Be careful with use, so that the taste does not dominate. When in doubt, always add a little less and taste the dish to determine if you need more.

How to Use
Popular in dishes such as the gratin of green leafy vegetables and potatoes, chickpea stew, lentils and beans. Use it while sauteing vegetables, tofu and soups.
