Cashew nuts are harvested from the base of the lesser-known cashew apple fruit. They are full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that support heart, blood and eye health. Cashews have a creamier and softer texture than other nuts and can be blended or eaten whole.

How to Use
Cashews can be eaten on their own or added to smoothies and soups. Soak the cashews in water for 20 minutes. Then add cashews and 1/2 cup water to a blender jar. Blend on high until the contents have turned into a thick cream. Transfer to a small bowl. Add the cashew mixture to any soup or smoothie to create a creamier texture.

Production Process
Drying, storage, sizing, mechanical cut to remove shell, drying, cooling, machine peeling to remove skin, drying, grading and weighing, drying, inspection, vacumising, metal control and storage.

Store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight.
