How to use In a large bowl, beat vanilla and maple or corn syrup together. Add almonds and stir to coat. In a separate bowl, combine white and brown sugar with cinnamon and beat until mixed. Add to the nut mixture and stir to coat. Spread the almonds evenly on greased baking pans and roast in the oven for 25-30º minutes at 150ºC until crisp. Leave to cool and store in an airtight container.

Storage Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Maximise freshness by storing in a refrigerator or freezer (two weeks after opening).
