How to Use
Couscous is very versatile and easy to work with. It has a fairly quick cooking time and can be paired very well with your favourite veggies and spices. Bring 1 part salt and water, or vegetable stock, to a boil, add 1 part couscous to the pot and mix to combine. Cover, remove from heat, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
