This pasta is made of spelt flour and is curled. The vast majority of nutrients contained in the spelt grain remain present after the grinding process. This pasta is a source of slow carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Spelt contains gluten, however most people who are sensitive to wheat can often consume spelt.
