How to use Mung beans have been used for centuries in eastern diets and medicine. After rinsing, add one part mung beans and three parts salted water to a pot and bring to a boil. Allow it to boil for a couple minutes before lowering it so a simmer, cover with a lid, and cook for about 45 minutes until al dente. They can be used blended to make dips, or blended to thicken soup.
Production process The mung beans are harvested and brought to the factory where it is cleaned (removing stones etc) after this the beans are selected on size, polished, and then packed.
Storage Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
