Description
Native to Thailand, our organic white jasmine rice has a floral, sometimes buttery flavour and is excellent for pairing with curries, biryani and other South, Southeast or East Asian dishes.
Fluffy in texture, jasmine rice is a versatile grain that is quickly prepared. Jasmine keeps its lightness and floral notes throughout the cooking process, a flavour that can be balanced with strong-tasting ingredients. This long-grain rice clings together when cooked, all whilst managing to not be sticky. Jasmine rice is perfect for risottos, stir fries or sushi.
How to Use
Rinse your jasmine rice with cold water before cooking. To cook white jasmine rice, place 1 part rice with 1.5 parts water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Bring it to a boil for a few seconds, turn down the heat, cover and let it simmer for about 15-25 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.

Harvest of rice, cleaning, removing the paddy, removing the husk, grading, removing small and broken grains, magnet, and packing

Store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight.
