Description
Organic Short White Rice is perfect for risotto or sushi. Short grain rice is starchy and is soft and sticky when cooked, as opposed to long grain rice such as basmati and jasmine which will be fluffier.
How to Use
Add rice (1 cup) to a pot with water (2 cups), and bring to a boil. Then simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes until the water evaporates.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight.
