Couscous Wholewheat Organic

Wholewheat couscous is made from milled whole grain. It is made into tiny pasta and can be used like rice or bulghur. Couscous has a very soft texture and slightly nutty flavor. It's is more nutritionally dense than the semolina flour variety because it is made from the whole grain.
