Pine nuts organic

Organic pine nuts are the edible seeds of pine trees. Around twenty species of pine yield seeds large enough to be worthy of harvesting. Yet, in other pine trees, the seeds are edible as well. However, they are too small to be of significant value for human consumption. Pine nuts have been consumed in Europe and Asia since the Stone Age. Organic pine nuts are considered a staple food in certain Native American tribes, especially those residing in the western part of the United States. Pine nuts are frequently used in pesto. They have a delicate taste and texture and are high in protein, iron, and magnesium.
